<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside rear view mirror that can easily be manufactured and damage hardly occurs in the manufacturing process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mirror panel 2 comprises: a mirror body 20 formed by laminating in the order of a glass substrate, a flexible transparent film, a transparent conducting layer, a darkening layer, a transparent conducting film, a flexible transparent film, and a reflecting film; a first electrode drawing section 22 comprising part of the transparent film and the transparent conducting film overlapped each other, the first electrode drawing section protruding from the glass substrate; and a second electrode drawing section 24 comprising part of the transparent film and the transparent conducting film overlapped each other, the second electrode drawing section protruding from the glass substrate. A mirror housing 12 comprises a housing body 44 including the mirror body 20 of the mirror panel 2, and a bulging part 46 including an optical sensor 4 and a selector switch 6.
