<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To airtightly and less-invasively sample a body fluid concerning a body fluid sampling device for sampling the body fluid by obtaining a very small opening formed by inserting a needle into the surface of a living body or irradiating laser light, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A hat shape support member 20 incorporating a mobile member 50 is made to adhere onto the surface of the living body, and a laser irradiator 30 is mounted on the member 20. The very small opening is formed in a state where the through-hole 53 of the mobile member 50 is made to face a laser light source 31 by a moving means 60. Then, the moving means 60 is operated, while keeping the support member 20 as it is, thereby sucking out the body fluid effused by a pump to a measurement device in a state where the suction chamber 54 of the mobile member 50 is made to face the very small opening. Consequently, processing from the formation of the very small opening to the sampling of the body fluid is performed by a series of operations without removing a device, and the suction chamber 54 is arranged at the very small opening without a deviation, so that a work is airtightly performed. Besides, the suction chamber 54 is independently arranged from the through-hole 53, so that the suction chamber 54 is made to have the minimum capacity so as to less-invasively perform sampling.
