This invention relates to a method and a system that transmits control information to receive plural services provided from a broadcasting communication system. In this invention, the control information for receiving at least one different service in the next frame is inserted into plural service data in a current frame respectively, and the frame including the control information is transmitted through a wireless network. Consequently, even though the service is changed, a receiver easily obtains both the location information within a frame of the changed service and the control information necessary for decoding. In addition, the receiver is able to change a service without reading an additional control channel.
