The drive (1) has a stop element (4) connected with a spindle (2), and a transmission element (7) guided to the spindle. A damping sleeve (8) is arranged at the spindle between the stop element and the transmission element, and is made of elastic substance. The damping sleeve has an inner thread (15) that is in engagement with a thread (3) of the spindle. The stop element has a stop surface (5) for stopping the damping sleeve at the stop element in an axial direction and a radial direction. The damping sleeve has a cross-section varying in the axial direction.
