ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a process for forming minute resonance by controlling the optical paths of two pixels or more displaying the different colors equally. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode includes a first pixel, a second pixel, a third pixel, and a white pixel. A pixel electrode is formed on a substrate(110). A reflective electrode faces the pixel electrode. A light-emitting layer(370) is positioned between the pixel electrode and the reflective electrode. A semi-transmissive unit(192) forms minute resonance with the reflective electrode. The optical path is between the reflective electrode and the semi-transmissive unit. The length of the optical paths of at least two pixels are identical. The semi-transmissive unit is removed in the white pixel.
