<p>PURPOSE: A touch sensing apparatus having improved location detection performance for a periphery touch is provided to remove or reduce an invalid input area, thereby expanding an effective input area. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensing apparatus having improved location detection performance for a periphery touch includes a panel unit, a sensor unit and an operating unit. The panel unit includes sensor electrodes(111,112,121,122) arranged along with the first shaft. The sensor unit is connected to sensor electrodes to collect sensor data that shows a change of an electric characteristic generated in each sensor electrode. The operating unit determines a touch location on the panel unit to a touch of a user is applied using the sensor data collected about at least one sensor.</p> |
