PURPOSE: A steering locking device of a vehicle is provided to improve the stability by safely controlling a driving motor which delivers the torque to a worm wheel gear. CONSTITUTION: A steering locking device of a vehicle comprises a case, a driving motor, a worm wheel gear, a rotating cam, a lock stopper, a lock bar, a steering column, and a controller. The case(105) has a lock hole passing through the inside. The driving motor(110) is arranged inside the case. The driving motor provides the torque. The worm gear(120) is connected to the axis of rotation of the driving motor. The worm gear is rotated as operates with the axis of rotation of the driving motor. The worm wheel gear(125) has an axis which is parallel with the axis of the driving motor. The worm wheel gear is rotated as engaged with the worm gear. The rotating cam(135) is rotated to the direction of the worm wheel gear rotating direction. The lock stopper(137) is moved as contacted with the outer circumference the rotating cam. The lock bar(140) is moved as penetrated through the lock hole of the case. The steering column(106) is located in the outside of the case, and controls the rotation by binding with the lock bar. The controller controls the operation of the driving motor.
