<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perovskite type composite oxide thin film showing higher protonic conductivity than a prior art. <P>SOLUTION: The perovskite type composite oxide thin film contains protonic conductive perovskite type composite oxide expressed in general formula: A(B<SB>1-Y</SB>M<SB>Y</SB>)O<SB>3-Z</SB>, wherein A is two or more elements selected from alkaline earth metal elements, B is one or more elements selected from Zr and Ce, M is one or more elements selected from Sc, Y, In, Nd, Sm, Gd, and Yb, and 0<Y<0.2 and 0<Z are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
