<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an electrolyte suppressing elution of a radical quench material from the electrolyte, exhibiting high proton conductivity, and excelling in durability. <P>SOLUTION: This polymer electrolyte is characterized in that: a proton conducting polymer containing a proton acid group and a radical quench material having a radical trapping function are chemically bonded to each other through a part excluding the proton acid group at a heating temperature of 60-250°C; the proton conducting polymer is an aromatic polymer being polyether ketone or polyether ether ketone, is a phenol resin, and has a sulfonate group, wherein hydrogen ion exchange capacity is 0.5-10 meq/g; and the radical quench material has at least one methylol group in each molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
