<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job-offering/job-seeking support system for allowing an employer to quickly secure desired right human resources, and allowing a job seeker to easily obtain a worthwhile job motivating a worker to work hard in his or her new workplace, thereby satisfying the employer and the job seeker, and a job-offering/job-seeking support method. <P>SOLUTION: An employer terminal apparatus 10 transmits job offer information composed of a video image including character information, a static image, and a voice to a video job-offering/job-seeking site 30. A job seeker terminal apparatus 20 transmits job-seeking information composed of character information, a video image, a static image, and a voice to the video job-offering/job-seeking site 30.
