<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure output while maintaining stable power generation. <P>SOLUTION: A control section 7 measures impedance of a fuel cell 2 when required power generation quantity to the fuel cell 2 is beyond a designated threshold, and determines whether or not a moisture condition of the fuel cell 2 is at a wet state by using the measured impedance. When it is at a wet state, cathode pressure is reduced to pressure wherein NET output becomes maximum by controlling a back pressure regulating valve 34. Further, when it is not at a wet state, the control section determines whether or not the moisture condition of the fuel cell 2 is at a dry state, and reduces an amount of supply of an oxidation gas to an amount of supply wherein the NET output becomes maximum by controlling the number of rotation of a motor of a compressor 31 when it is at a dry state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
