<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount used of a noble metal by forming a lead portion, and ensure normal electrical continuity between a measurement electrode and a terminal connection even if the lead portion is poisoned and degraded and ensure a long life operation by suppressing abnormality in a sensor output. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical continuity between the measurement electrode 12 and the terminal connection 13, even if a lead body portion 14a or a cross link portion 14b is poisoned and degraded, can be ensured by other lead body portion 14a or other cross link portion 14b, and also a junction area with an element portion 10 can be ensured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
