<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for a flexographic printing plate, wherein mechanical strength to withstand practical printing operation is attained in the case of resin plate hardness lower than Shore A hardness of 25 degrees. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition for a flexographic printing plate contains: an unsaturated polyurethane prepolymer, with a terminal of a main chain modified with a methacrylic group, of 100 pts.mass; an ethylenically unsaturated monomer of 10-150 pts.mass; and a photo-polymerization initiator of 0.01-10 pts.mass, wherein the methacrylic group index calculated by an equation (1), (a methacrylic group index)=X/(8,500/Y) of the unsaturated polyurethane prepolymer is in a range of 1.50-1.85. Here, in the equation (1), X represents the methacrylic group content (%) of the unsaturated polyurethane prepolymer, and Y represents a number average molecular weight of the unsaturated polyurethane prepolymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
