<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of an orifice valve device such as a valve device for preventing shock torque of a clutch, that restores connection between an engine and a transmission by releasing the stepping of a clutch pedal of an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: The device main body A1 includes a fixed valve member 43 having a large-diameter throttle hole 43a and a check valve 44, and a movable valve member 45 disposed in an inner hole 42 so as to make contact with or separate from the fixed valve member 43. The movable valve member 45 is received slidably in the leftward and rightward directions within the inner hole 42. The movable valve member 45 has a small-diameter throttle hole 45a formed substantially at the center of a bottom portion 45b thereof. The throttle hole 45a penetrates to the top end of an extension portion 45d.
