摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle operation type working device of compact and simple structure, for smoothly performing work operation with a work unit at the tip of an operational pipe, by rocking operation of the handle by hand while holding a grip part. <P>SOLUTION: The handle operation type working device includes a support box 6 secured to a middle part between a grip part 3 and an operation pipe 1, a drive rotating shaft 7 which is supported in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the operation pipe by the support box, with a base end of a handle 5 attached through a one-way clutch, a sleeve capped over the drive rotating shaft, movable in axial direction but not movable in rotational direction, a pair of drive bevel gears arranged concentrically with the drive rotating shaft and constantly engaging with the driven bevel gear, with a one-way clutch attached on the inner peripheral surface, and a sleeve position switching device 25 for shifting the sleeve in the direction of the drive rotating shaft.
