<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient and robust HARQ control by an HARQ control method for an uplink having a gap period. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station 100 includes a transmission unit 1110 configured to transmit an uplink-sharing signal at first time intervals based upon a received first downlink control signal, and a retransmission unit 110 configured to retransmit the uplink-sharing signal at second time intervals based upon a second downlink control signal received at fixedly allocated third time intervals. When the third time intervals overlap with time intervals for measurement by the mobile station 100, the transmission unit 110 transmits the uplink-sharing signal at the first time intervals, and the retransmission unit 110 does not transmit the uplink-sharing signal at the second time intervals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
