PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing properties of a resin which is directly fixed to the solid surface to the solid surface. SOLUTION: The resin surface is irradiated with quantum beams, and the resin is dipped in a dispersion in which a triazine thiol derivative is dispersed to bind the triazine thiol derivative to the resin surface. When the resin surface is irradiated with the quantum beams, the resin surface is activated, and the triazine thiol derivative is surely bound to the resin surface in the dispersion. When the resin in which the triazine thiol derivative is formed is fixed to a material such as a solid substrate, e. g. a metal surface, the triazine thiol derivative on the resin surface is chemically bound and firmly fixed to the metal surface.
