<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by securing fixation of a winding hub and a winding holder to each other to prevent a slip between the hub and the holder, and increasing the slitting speed, while maintaining width accuracy for excellent winding posture, in winding after cutting a web in manufacture of a magnetic tape or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tape winding means of a web cutting device comprises a cylindrical winding shaft, a plurality of hubs respectively fixed to the winding shaft to wind up a tape and hub holders for respectively fixing the hub and the winding shaft to each other.
