<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-cooled type cooling device capable of reducing circulation resistance when a cooling liquid flows into a casing. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid-cooled type cooling device includes: a casing 2 having a cooling liquid inlet 26 and a cooling liquid outlet; and an inflow pipe 6 connected to the cooling liquid inlet 26. The casing 2 includes a cooling liquid inflow part 13, and a cooling liquid inlet 26 is formed at the tip of a top wall 15 of the cooling liquid inflow part 13. The inflow pipe 6 has a lower wall 6a mounted on the part corresponding to the cooling liquid inlet 26 in the top wall 15 of the cooling liquid inflow part 13. In the lower wall 6a of the inflow pipe 6, a through-hole 44 communicating with the cooling liquid inlet 26 is formed. At the part corresponding to the cooling liquid inlet 26 in the upper surface of the bottom wall 16 of the cooling liquid inflow part 13, there is provided a guide part 40 for running the cooling liquid flowing into the cooling liquid inflow part 13 obliquely downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
