<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a modified conjugated diene polymer exhibiting a satisfactory affinity irrespective of a kind of an inorganic filler, and indicating an excellent balance among a wet skid characteristic, a low hysteresis loss property, abrasion resistance and a breaking strength, when used as a tire tread material, and the modified conjugated diene polymer obtained thereby, and a composition thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A compound (A) having two or more of epoxy groups is reacted in an active terminal of a conjugated diene polymer, and all or one part of the remained epoxy groups is reacted with a compound (B) having a primary or secondary amino group and one or more of alkoxy silyl groups, in this production method for the modified conjugated diene polymer, and the present invention discloses also the obtained modified conjugated diene polymer and the composition thereof.
