<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy intake device, inwhich a rotor treads the ground as another rotation energy, and using it as an auxiliary power and a generating power for rotation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device takes energy, with which a tire which is a rotor of a vehicle treads the ground during rotation. A radial crankshaft is provided at the center of the rotor, and a piston leg is installed at a chip of a connecting rod extending from the radial crankshaft. The rotor moves, and the piston leg is drawn by the rotation of the rotor. The connecting rod is pushed up, and the crankshaft is pushed up, so as to generate a force for rotating a flywheel.
