PURPOSE: A wind power generating device using a slidable rotational blade is provided to improve generation efficiency without the limitation of the area size of a rotational blade. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generating device using a slidable rotational blade comprises a rotary shaft, a plurality of sub-posts(5), a generator room(1), a rotational blade(3), and a symmetrical unit(4). The rotary shaft is laid under the ground. The guide groove(22) is formed along the longitudinal direction in the lateral part of the rotary shaft. A pulley(23) is formed at the upper side of the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft and the connection rod are integrally formed. A plurality of sub-posts are laid under the ground to prevent damage to the rotary shaft due to strong wind. A controller(7,7a) is electrically connected to and installed at the generator room. The rotational blade is equipped in the top and the bottom of a tie bar(32). An air curtain(33) of multi-stage is formed at the rotational blade.
