<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the matter that the facility cost increases and the function shut-down and update periods of a control board are prolonged at the time of update in an update work where the housing of the control board and a control unit are exchanged collectively. <P>SOLUTION: A updating method of control board for replacing the control unit 3 of the control board 1 containing the control unit 3 for plant equipment with a new control unit N3 by mounting various electrical components in the housing 2 of the control board which is installed on a channel base 4 fixed to the floor surface G comprises a first step of separating and removing an existing control unit 3 mounted on an existing control unit mounting rack 2<SB>-2</SB>in the housing 2 of the control board from an external circuit, a second step of mounting a new control unit N3 on an updating control unit mounting rack 6 prepared anew, a third step of fixing a rack fixing base 7 to the existing channel base 4, a fourth step of mounting the updating control unit mounting rack 6 on the rack fixing base 7, and a fifth step of connecting the new control unit N3 and the external circuit after the fourth step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
