<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bodily fluid collecting circuit board accurately measuring components of bodily fluid by a simple structure and easily measuring the components a plurality of times with a single bodily fluid collecting circuit board; and a biosensor having the bodily fluid collecting circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring unit 2 comprises a puncture needle 6 and an electrode 8 to be brought into contact with blood collected by the puncture of the puncture needle 6, and the blood collecting circuit board 1 is provided by disposing a plurality of the measuring units 2 radially on the same plane.
