MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR PHOTOSENSITIVE LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a photosensitive laminate which is capable of manufacturing a uniform and high-precision photosensitive laminate.

SOLUTION: Substrate-transport rollers 89 which are placed in front of rubber rollers 80a and 80b and constitute substrate-transport roller groups 86a-86d are arranged in such a way that they are mutually staggered in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction (as indicated by arrow C) of a glass substrate 24 so that they do not abut on the same parts of the transport direction. This arrangement enables the glass substrate 24 heated to a specific temperature in a step preceding the substrate-transport roller groups 86a-86d to the succeeding lamination mechanism in a state that it is hardly influenced by the temperature variations of the substrate-transport rollers 89 and retains a uniform temperature.
