<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical heat storage material composite suppressing generation of fine powder of a chemical heat storage material, securing heat conduction paths and enhancing structural strength and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The chemical heat storage material composite 1 is formed by mixing a clay mineral 12 and a structural strength enhancing material 13 into a powdery chemical heat storage material 11 and firing the resultant mixture.
