<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based adhesive skin patch containing ketoprofen, wherein working efficiency in production is improved, and besides storage stability and percutaneous absorption of ketoprofen are excellent. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are an adhesive skin patch comprising a support and a self-adhesive agent (paste) layer laminated on the support, which contains a ketoprofen lysine salt as an active ingredient, characterized in that the ketoprofen lysine salt is kept perfectly dissolved in a glycerol-free paste containing polyethylene glycol of an average molecular weight of 1,000 or smaller, wherein the polyethylene glycol of an average molecular weight of 1,000 or smaller is at least one polyethylene glycol selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol 200, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 600, and polyethylene glycol 1,000. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
