<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high optical precision by using a single material for an optical component such as a lens. <P>SOLUTION: A glass substrate 1 having a plurality of holes 11 is used as a base material (structure) to suppress overall resin shrinkage caused in manufacturing, so that a lens module 10 in a wafer state having a plurality of resin lenses with high dimensional precision can be formed. Furthermore, a variation in the film thickness of the glass substrate 1 is absorbed by a lens resin formed on the glass substrate 1, so that the thickness of an edge 4 or 4A can be accurately controlled to control the variation between the lenses when the resin lenses 2 are stacked with high accuracy. Furthermore, the lens part of the resin lens 2 is formed of only a single lens resin, so that the refractive index is kept uniform to facilitate designing, and the film thickness can be highly accurately controlled to manufacture a condenser lens with high accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
