<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery time determination device and a delivery time determination method enabling the power consumption of a store not to exceed a contract demand. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery time determination device 50 is provided with: a power consumption forecasting part 53 for forecasting the power consumption in the store A in association with a time; a calculation part 55 for calculating an increment of the power consumption in the store A based on the kind and the number of commodities delivered to the store A; and a determination part 56 for determining the delivery time when the commodity is delivered to the store A based on the forecast power consumption, the calculated increment and the contract demand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
