PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a behavior of a vehicle in counter steering. SOLUTION: A suspension control device which changes the characteristic of a suspension by a damper 14 arranged between a car body and a wheel, is characterized by including a base value setting means 31 which sets a base value of a signal for controlling the damper 14 on the basis of a detected behavior amount (yaw rateγ, lateral acceleration Gy, and the like), a correction means 32 which sets, based on a vehicle running state (vehicle speed V) or an occupant's operation (steering angleθ), a correction value obtained by correcting the base value set by the base value setting means 31, a counter steer discrimination means 34 which discriminates the counter-steer state of the vehicle, and a signal value setting unit 33 which sets a signal value for controlling the damper 14 based on the correction value set by the correction means 32, when the counter steer discrimination means 34 determines that the vehicle is in the counter-steer state and when the absolute value of the change rate of the behavior amount is less than a predetermined value.
