PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of protecting periodic processing by using a free time of application processing to perform data writing. SOLUTION: The information has: a CPU 10 for executing application processing at a predetermined period; a nonvolatile memory 20 for occupying a resource of the CPU to stop the application processing when data write processing is performed; a write determining means 30 for determining whether or not the data write processing is possible within the remaining time in the predetermined period after executing application processing; and a data writing means 40 for executing the data write processing when the write determining means determines that the data write processing is possible.
