PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for molding a polygonal tubular container by which each working process can be simplified by a simple method and production cost can be reduced, and to provide a method of molding the tubular container and the resultant tubular container.

SOLUTION: There is provided a die 10 for molding a tubular container 1 by injection-molding a synthetic resin-made neck part 4 on the top edge 3a of a tube body 3. The die includes: a cavity die 30 for molding the outer peripheral surface of the neck part; a core die 20 having a plurality of side edges 21 for forming the inner peripheral surface of the neck part in a polygonal shape; and the grooves 22 engraved with a proper length from the top of the side edge for extending the edge line 5 from the neck part to the inside of a tube body.
