<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor or the like for executing relatively quickly processing for generating a pixel data constituting the second image based on a pixel data constituting the first image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This image processor 10 includes a bus interface part 400 for interface-processing a bus 40 connected to a storage device stored with a pixel data of the first image, and an image data generation processing part 300 for transmitting a request signal of requesting the pixel data of the first image to the bus interface part, and for generating the data of the pixel of the second image, based on the data of the pixel data of the first image received from the bus interface part. The bus interface part transmits the first acknowledge signal to the image data generation processing part, when receiving the request signal from the image data generation processing part, and sets a bus possessory right to the bus 40, when the image data generation processing part transmits continuously the request signal after transmitting the first acknowledge signal.
