<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metering apparatus capable of reducing costs by providing visibility and a stereoscopic effect by providing necessary brightness by a few light sources, and capable of improving salability by providing new visibility and decorativeness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The metering apparatus includes a recess 12 provided in an inner diameter direction position of a display part 11 of a dial 10, formed recessed in a back face direction, and equipped with a reflection face 12a facing a front direction in an outer circumference part, a light guide member 50 arranged in the recess 12 and formed such that it can irradiate light of a light source 42 for pointer lighting provided in a meter back face side of the dial 10 toward the reflection face 12a, and a light shielding finisher 52 provided in a front face side of the light guide member 50 to prevent light leakage from the light guide member 50 to a dial front face direction.
