<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitted fabric containing an acrylic fiber and having stabilized form even after repeated washing treatments without sacrificing the texture and economy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The knitted fabric contains ≥30 mass% acrylic conjugate fiber having a side-by-side conjugation structure of (A) an acrylonitrile polymer having high swelling ratio and (B) an acrylonitrile fiber having low swelling ratio at a mass ratio of 20:80 to 80:20 and the dimensional change in the fabric is <5% after repeating washing treatment 10 times in conformity to JIS L0217 103.
