PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door hinge device 100 capable of providing a sufficient check force when a door D is opened and closed without securing a space for installing a torsion bar 50 in the lateral direction of a body B, and of securing a sufficient indoor space of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A torsion bar 50 the upper end of which is secured to a second arm 20 and the lower end of which is secured to a cam 30 with the second arm 20 twisted in the rotating direction from the full open position to the full close position is disposed in the door hinge device.
