PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communicating system of a working machine can controll operation of the working machine without causing trouble and enabling a worker to take the information (the information about driving) of the working machine stored in it out of it easily and efficiently. SOLUTION: This data communicating system of the working machine is provided with a first controller 25 provided with a driving information storing part 31 storing the information about driving indicating driving of the working machine 1, a second controller 26 for controlling operation of the working machine 1 independently from the first controller 25, and a third controller 40 being connectable with a data bus 27 for connecting the first controller 25 and the second controller 26 mutually. The first controller 25 is provided with a driving information transmitting part 32 for transmitting the information about driving stored in the driving information storing part 31 to the data bus 27 intermittently when the data bus 27 is empty. The third controller 40 is provided with a driving information takeout part 44 for taking the information about driving transmitted intermittently into the data bus 27 out of the driving information storing part 31.
