PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately grasping a luminescence phenomenon of an unsteady luminescent temporally and spatially fluctuating a luminescence state at high speed. SOLUTION: The unsteady luminescent is photographed at high speed, emission spectra in a plurality of photographed images are temporally integrated, and elemental analysis and/or temperature analysis is carried out by using a temporal integration amount of the emission spectra.
