<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent execution of unnecessary control against a currently moving state of a control object, in a control device of a vehicle to control the control object in accordance with a signal from an operation switch. <P>SOLUTION: A determination condition to change an air conditioner from the current moving state to the other moving state is set (S120) as that of a press-down pattern to allow reception from the operation switch when an SW operation signal is input (S110-YES). Thereafter, it is determined whether or not the press-down pattern coincides with the determination condition of the press-down pattern allowed the reception (S140, S150, S180, S190) by discriminating the press-down pattern of an operation SW 4 from the SW operation signal and a counter value of SW pressing-down frequency. The air conditioner is started or stopped in correspondence with the discriminated press-down pattern (S160, S200) when it coincides.
