<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably connect a wireless LAN in a wireless LAN access point device even if a failure occurs in a wired LAN. <P>SOLUTION: A communication path securing device in multiple wireless LAN access point devices connected to a network infrastructure and the wired LAN serves as a mesh access point when connection between the network infrastructure and the wired LAN fails.
