PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module advantageous in reduction of cost and downsizing. SOLUTION: The camera module is equipped with a shutter part 84 attached to a front face 2202 of a front lens barrel 22. The shutter part 84 has: a shutter blade which opens and closes an optical path of an imaging optical system 28; an actuator which drives the shutter blade; and a case 86 in which the shutter blade and the actuator are housed and where an aperture 8610 for an optical path is formed. The shutter part 84 is attached to the front face 2202 of the front lens barrel 22 by locking a cover side locking part 88 provided in a cover 26 with a case side locking part 90 provided in the case 86.
