PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure for a small vehicle, comprising a pair of separate seats, composed as front and rear getting-in seats to cover a storage box from above, and rotatably connected to the storage box separately from each other, in such a way that part of one separate seat is held between the other separate seat and the storage box, and that the closed state of the pair of the separate seats at the front and the rear are retained by a single seat closure locking mechanism for reducing the number of parts and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: One lateral end of the separate seat 17 is connected to one of right and left side walls of the storage box 15 through a hinge mechanism 26. Between the other end of the separate seat 17 and the other of the side walls of the storage box 15, the single seat closed state locking mechanism 41 is provided to lock the getting-in seat 16 in a closed state.
