PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device of a vehicular seat adapted to reinforce the connection between a lift member and a non-lift member, and also eliminate looseness of the vehicular seat in its laminated state. SOLUTION: A pair of cam plates 42, each provided with an oblong hole 42a corresponding to the lifting locus of the vehicular seat, are connected longitudinally to the vehicular seat. A guide roller 35 supported turnably forward of each of both rail members 33 of a third layer 3F is rollably engaged with the oblong hole 42a. In the laminated state in which a first layer 1F to a fourth layer 4F including the vehicular seat are laminated on one another, the guide roller 35 is pressed against a part of the inner peripheral surface of the oblong hole 42a by a pressing member 50.
