PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate customized development of an ASP system having a content management system. SOLUTION: The content management system 10 calls a service or function provided by an external system 20 in response to a user's request. The external system 20 creates information customized in response to information received from the content management system 10 and returns it to the content management system 10.
