<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a console box for a vehicle capable of securing a walk-through passage between a driver seat and a front passenger seat with excellent functionality and usability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This console box 1 is disposed between the driver seat 81 and the front passenger seat 82, and is capable of securing the walk-through passage W of a right and left direction between the driver seat 81 and the front passenger seat 82 between the console box 1 and an instrument panel part 83. The console box 1 has a main body part 2 and a movable part 3 disposed to be movable in relation to the main body part 2. The movable part 3 is projected from the main body part 2 when used to be located on the walk-through passage W, and is stored in the main body part 2 when stored to secure the walk-through passage W.
