<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner excellent in color development of a flexographic ink, having good printing uniformity and resistant to score crack, and to provide a corrugated board sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coating liner includes a coated layer containing a pigment and an adhesive on one side of base paper constituted by multilayer paper made of at least two layers. In the coating liner, pulp used for the surface layer of base paper comprises 5-100 mass% of needle bleached kraft pulp and 0-95 mass% of deinked pulp and/or leaf bleached kraft pulp, and the coating liner contains burnt kaolin and talc as pigments in the coated layer.
