<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deduce stealing of a terminal device, and to issue a warning, when stealing is detected. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A base station antenna 14 carries out transmission/reception processing on a signal of radio frequency. Signal processing required for transmission/reception processing due to an adaptive antenna is carried out. A warning processing section 300 monitors a steal of a terminal device 10, on the basis of a reception response vector signal 212 output from a signal processing section 18; and when it is determined that the terminal device has been stolen, a signal relating to a warning is output to the outside as a warning processing interface signal 222.
