<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service such as a guide in a building by detecting a position of a mobile phone terminal without using a position detection using a zone of a mobile base station. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A position guidance system includes a position ID information transmitter which transmits position identification information, a mobile phone terminal which includes means for receiving the position identification information and means for transmitting the received position identification information and identification information of the mobile phone terminal, and a route information delivery server which includes means for receiving the position identification information and the identification information of the mobile phone terminal and means for transmitting guide information corresponding to the received position identification information to the mobile phone terminal having the received identification information of the mobile phone terminal.
