PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system of a secondary battery pack, which can excessively reduce time required for communication between a main system and a subsystem, compared with a conventional system. SOLUTION: The communication control system of the secondary battery pack has a protective circuit comprising the main system and a plurality of subsystems. The subsystems have a function of detecting battery information and of transferring them to the main system. The main system has at least the function of charging and discharging, based on the battery information. A communication command for specifying the battery information to be transmitted from the main system to the subsystems are transmitted simultaneously. Thereafter, a select signal is transmitted from the main system to select one of the subsystems, and only the selected subsystem transfers the battery information to the main system.
