<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein conventionally, since angle scales indicating an inclination angle are arranged in a portion near a tilting center, intervals of scale marks are narrowed so as to make it difficult to secure accuracy, and thus to enhance accuracy of angle display without deteriorating visibility, in a desk cutter having a cutter body supported tiltably rightwards and leftwards with respect to a table placed with a cutting material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a tilting support mechanism 50, first angle scales 61 are displayed on a fixation side support member 52 on the table side like conventional cases, and in addition, second angle scales 62 are displayed on the front of a tilting side support member 53 on the cutter body side and in a portion separate from a right/left tilting shaft 51.
